The entire Lowell team was a pleasure to work with from the architect all the way through to the decorator. They made our ideas come to fruition. We absolutely love our newly remodeled house. We completely gutted and rebuilt 3 bathrooms. We moved walls, fixtures and doors. We also removed our old deck and tripled the size and made it an elevated 3 season room. We were very pleased with Lowell Custom Homes professionalism. There were never surprises. They took great care to make sure the new room matched the style of the house and was structurally safe and sound. Since this was a vacation home, all work was performed while we were in Texas. Work was completed VERY close to on time.
I am extremely happy and satisfied with all aspects of work done by Lowell. The office personnel were very responsive in a timely, professional and positive manner. The project manager, Rich Kinter, always responded quickly and comprehensively. He was continuously ‘on top’ of the project and ready with requested information whenever I spoke with him. The field superintendent, Dennis, kept the project moving along and on time even with weather set backs and other unforeseen hindrances. He always maintained a clean and safe job site as well as regularly keeping me informed of their progress. The interior designer, Beth, listened closely to our design requests to select items, which paralleled our chosen aesthetic as well as bringing her own personal perspective.
Additionally, from the landscaper to the irrigation contractor, all trades and contractors Lowell employed, were very professional and approachable. They adhered to the project’s time schedule without compromising the quality of work, all the while maintaining a clean job site and welcoming any questions.
Overall, Scott Lowell and his team worked attentively, fairly and professionally with me throughout each step of the project and, therefore; I would not only work with them again, but recommend them to anyone else.
