I know a ton of long and late hours go into each home, and, because I get to be part of the internal team, witnessed the tireless efforts firsthand. I truly appreciate every single aspect….please share with the rest of the construction, GCC, and Bella teams until I see them again in person to thank them myself. Scott, Cary, Kevin, Homer, this is an amazing community of homes you are bringing to life.

“As a retired architect, I had a dream of finally building our ”forever home”. drafted my vision by hand, and interviewed several Lake Geneva area builders, sharing my thoughts and seeking to find the best firm to execute my work. “We met Lowell at the very beginning of our new house project, when they met us in our lot’s forest and started helping us with our vision. From there the Lowell staff accommodation, periodic meetings, design support, project and construction management, and guidance during the build was amazing. They even worked with a few subcontractors during the build to improve things when Lowell thought they could give a better product at a better price.
