The Lowell Experience
- Our entire process is designed to give you an enjoyable and stress-free building experience.
- We start with a meeting where we will ask all of the right questions and uncover a true vision for your new home.
- A complete list of past customers is provided in order to give you their impartial opinions about our procedures, responsiveness and products.
- Design and budget discussions follow, including visits to several completed homes where you can review levels of finish details and compare costs.
- Then we move into full design mode and kickoff a series of meetings that guide you from pre-construction to home completion.
We take pride in managing every detail of the building process with communication, patience and expertise. Your team will include our architect, designer, superintendents, expeditor, and full field staff. All of our homes are delivered on time and at the contracted price.
