Just a quick note to thank the entire Lowell team for the wonderful job done on my basement project at my Delavan lake home. I would particularly like to thank Steve Watters and Rich Kinter for their highly professional service. What is remarkable to think about is that I was only on the project site one time between the start in Nov/Dec and the late February completion. As a homeowner it takes a lot of trust to feel that confident in the work and services being provided to only feel the need to be onsite once (and that was at the completion). I wouldn’t have had that confidence were it not for the 10-year relationship with the Lowell organization that dates to the construction of the home in 1994. In the past 10 years on the occasions that I needed further service or repairs I have experienced the commitment Lowell makes to ongoing service and relationships. Please consider me the strongest of references in the future.

We didn’t get a chance to “thank you” for everything you did to help us with our pergola project. We absolutely love it! We truly appreciate having Lowell Construction as our contractor because once again, you guys did a great job! You make the entire process smooth and streamlined, which alleviates a lot of stress and guesswork for us. Now we’re looking forward to many family get togethers this year in our newly remodeled backyard! Definitely a joy and a blessing as we head into 2021.
