Our concerns are heard and resolved: not enough light in laundry room? Now I have a window. The powder room is too big? Now I have a big built in closet. Jim’s concerns-dead space and not enough height in garage: Now Chapman has a built in bookcase and Jim has a side winding garage door. Medicine cabinet doesn’t work in new bath: Now custom medicine cabinet. The list is even longer than just these. Every concern has been considered and resolved if possible.
Even more amazing: When I asked for the extra bath after the house was framed out, I really thought you would say “too late” and I would have understood and accepted that. Yesterday I thought you “too late” again on the board walls, but did not. You and Tim even improved on the idea. The fact that you stop our meetings and make my-should have-figured-out 3-months-ago ideas work is awesome. These will definitely be some of the things I list when someone asks: Why the Lowell team? You are the best!
